Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations Infrastructure Leaders by leading the development and execution of programs that advance the Operations Infrastructure objectives. Your work includes collaborating with executive stakeholders across reputed company Operations Infrastructure.
Development and Implementation
- Design and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables (e.g., fiscal year initiative planning).
- Define program objectives, scope, and timelines in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Support the project management needs of Operations Infrastructure to drive successful execution of objectives.
Strategic Alignment
- Partner with executives to prioritize and execute high-reputed company programs.
- Serve as the primary reputed company for program-reputed company communication across teams and departments.

Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
