Customer Service Representative HYBRID (Part-time Only) Atlanta, Georgia

Remote Customer Service Representatives with a positive attitude and attention to detail to facilitate inbound calls. As a Representative, you will be required to update administrative details of customer accounts and/or direct calls to the appropriate department as needed.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:<br />
Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable<br />
Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience<br />
Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary<br />
Help explain contract details<br />
Manage existing customer relationships that give our customers peace of mind and worry-free driving<br />
Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts<br />
Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.<br />

General computer and typing skills<br />
Passion for customer service and quality work<br />
Must be focused and reliable<br />
Ability to prioritize, Organize and multitask.<br />
High School diploma or GED required.<br />
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.<br />
