<p dir="ltr"><strong>Reports To:</strong> Call Center Manager</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full Time - 36 hours; Friday- Sunday 12 hour shifts</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Salary Range: </strong>$20-22/hour</p>

<p dir="ltr">As our remote Customer Service Specialist in the Scheduling Department, we are looking for a person with several key administrative skills including efficient time management, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. </p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated client and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact.</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed.</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Efficiently input data & maintain accurate database information.</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Manage all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries. </p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Manage all inbound interpreter calls, emails and securing interpreters to cover appointments.</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Managing all of the appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both Linguava and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments. </p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Other duties as assigned.</p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">2 years of experience in customer service</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Exceptional data entry & accuracy skills</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Professional verbal & written communication skills</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Organized & motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Proficiency in MS Office applications</p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams</p>
