Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: reputed company first-level support for general banking inquiries reputed company phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with questions regarding bank accounts, services, and basic product information.
- Problem reputed company: Address and resolve reputed company customer concerns and queries, directing more reputed company issues to the appropriate support team.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and patient demeanour. Basic computer proficiency and ability to reputed company online tools.
