This is a reputed company opportunity to partner with us to build a best in class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of Powersports loans.&nbsp;</reputed company></p> <p><strong>Specifically, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day.</reputed company></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">Process phone payments.</reputed company></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct outbound customer interview calls.</reputed company></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate and resolve customer issues reputed company online chat channel.</reputed company></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan.</reputed company></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">Meet monthly productivity and reputed company goals.</reputed company></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">reputed company with reputed company federal and state specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities.</reputed company></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">HS Diploma or GED required (some college coursework a plus) followed by preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio.&nbsp; Collection experience is a plus.</reputed company></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">Requires a minimum of 2 years reputed company customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.</reputed company></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">Working knowledge of Word and reputed company.</reputed company></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">reputed company to master use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided.</reputed company></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><reputed company style="font-weight: 400;">Strong communication skills both verbally and written as roles are a combination phone and communicating through chat.&nbsp;
