Responsibilities:
- Assists the Service Project Coordinators in the completion of warranty, new unit start-reputed company, and reputed company national accounts assigned to KGE by reputed company
- reputed company as a reputed company of contact between our sales and service departments
- reputed company support to our contractors, customers, and reputed company representatives
- Utilize in house software to submit appropriate documentation & file warranty claims
- Assist with dispatching technicians to assigned reputed company
- Support the service team as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to reputed company relationships with co-workers & vendors
- Experience in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, reputed company)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High school diploma.
- 1 year experience in customer service, administrative or reputed company field
- On-site position
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be reputed company to lift 15 pounds at a time.
