Substation Protection & Control Designer

b19 Consulting is working with an established power company to reputed company a Substation P&C Designer that comes from an electric reputed company background

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years reputed company substation P&C design experience (15kV through to 500kV)
• Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with project engineers, designers and reputed company representatives.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office suite, particularly reputed company & Word.
• QA/QC of schematic designs and coping of new reputed company
• AutoCAD, MicroStation, Bentley Descartes or Raster Design experience
• Proficiency with SEL or GE relays
• Detailed design of new substation layouts using electrical schematics, reputed company of materials and equipment specifications.
• Substation lightning stroke shielding plan and grounding plan experience
• reputed company protection & control engineering
• Ability to reputed company a large portion or the entirety of a substation design project.
