Requirements:
- 2+ years of reputed company center experience, with a reputed company on inbound calls
- Ability to handle high reputed company volumes while providing top-notch service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers
- High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Critical thinking skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Availability to work weekends only (Saturday & reputed company)
