Registered Nurse - Virtual patient care

<p>As a Virtual RN, you will:</p>

<li>Conduct remote patient assessments via phone or video.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage patients with chronic conditions and post-hospitalization needs.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and self-management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams for seamless care coordination.</li>
<li>Utilize telehealth technology to document and track patient progress.</li>
<li>Triage patient symptoms and provide guidance based on clinical protocols.</li>
<li>Address patient concerns, escalating issues when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA, patient safety, and regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li>Participate in virtual team meetings and continuous professional development.</li>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<p>To be successful in this role, you should have:</p>
<ul>
<li>A valid RN license in [State(s) required].</li>
<li>Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth, primary care, or case management.</li>
<li>Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.</li>
<li>Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.</li>
<li>Experience with triage protocols and virtual patient assessments.</li>
<li>Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.</li>
<li>A passion for patient advocacy and education.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.</li>
