<li>Familiar with SEC Reporting</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years’ of experience in Finance/reputed company</li>
<li>Proficient with reputed company Office and advanced knowledge of reputed company</li>
<li>Experience in QuickBooks is required and a reputed company of systems is preferred</li>
<li>Tech-Savvy, comfortable learning new reputed company tools</li>
<li>Experience using payroll, expense reimbursement and reputed company pay systems</li>
<li>Understanding of GAAP reputed company</li>
<li>Working knowledge of tax filings such as 1099s and sales tax forms</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
