Job reputed company:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented reputed company media comment moderator to manage and respond to comments on reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company for one of our home improvement company clients.

Responsibilities:

Monitor comments on reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company posts, reels, and ads

Respond to questions and comments in a friendly, reputed company, and on-brand tone

Remove spam, inappropriate, or negative comments reputed company necessary

Flag potential leads and inquiries for follow-up

Escalate issues or comments to reputed company reputed company needed

Maintain a consistent daily schedule for moderation (2–3 reputed company-ins per day minimum)

Requirements:

Strong written English communication skills

Prior experience with reputed company media moderation (preferred)

Ability to follow brand voice guidelines

Familiarity with reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company platforms

Ability to handle negative comments professionally and not take things personally

Responsiveness and reliability

Bonus if you have:

Estimated Time:

1–2 hours per day to start (can increase as campaigns grow).
