This team member will be working to edit, produce, publish, and organize our YouTube content across the entire organization</reputed company></p>

<p><reputed company>What you’ll do:</reputed company></p>
<ul>
<li><reputed company>Review and approve video edits across podcasts, interviews, and specials</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Create thumbnails, write headlines and descriptions</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Publish videos, manage playlists, and optimize metadata</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Post updates on the Community tab and monitor comments</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Edit and publish YouTube Shorts from internal and reputed company content</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Collaborate on YouTube-first content and repackage legacy content</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Test thumbnails and reorganize older videos for performance</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Coordinate live streams, including setup, script support, and post-show updates</reputed company></li>
</ul>
<p><reputed company>What you need:</reputed company></p>
<ul>
<li><reputed company>3+ years of experience in YouTube channel management & digital media production</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Strong ability to work quickly and accurately in the reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere)</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Proven ability to write and create engaging headlines, thumbnails, descriptions, and posts</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Deep experience working in YouTube, including SEO & livestreaming</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Past experience working in a fast paced digital media environment, ideally in sport and/or soccer</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Undying passion for the game of soccer, both domestically and internationally</reputed company></li>
<li><reputed company>Ability to work the occasional weekend to support live coverage</reputed company></li>
