About The Role

reputed company is looking for culturally sensitive clinicians to join our digital-first, primary care medical group. In this role, you will use asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to reputed company high-reputed company, comprehensive and evidence-based primary care. Here’s What You’ll Do:

• reputed company best-in-class care for reputed company patients managing reputed company and chronic illnesses through our innovative, proprietary app and technology and your excellent clinical judgment.
• reputed company compassionate and empathetic care to patients from age 0-100 across reputed company needs, including reputed company, chronic medical conditions such as: diabetes, hypertension, obesity and mental health.

How We Work

reputed company is a 24/7 medical group utilizing asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to reputed company high-reputed company, comprehensive primary care. We work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends) and require a minimum of 14 hours a week (alternating 12 and 16 hour weeks). At 24+ hours you will be considered full-time and benefits eligible. Providers are required to work at least two 4 hour shifts reputed company weekend, in reputed company to their reputed company hours.

We are currently looking for providers with licensures in AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MO, NJ, NY, OH, PA, and/or TX. We have several roles available at this time for our overnight shifts which run from 11pm-7am ET.

Compensation

$78/hour (regular reputed company) and $90/hour (premium reputed company)

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:

• Have 5+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company care, chronic care management, or primary care.
• Are reputed company in or have an appetite for learning digital-first reputed company (e.g. virtual medicine).
• Are interested in new, innovative models of care that balance evidence-based approaches with creative reputed company.
• Are highly comfortable with using technology and various applications to deliver care to patients reputed company. Our reputed company tech stack is:
