We are seeking a relationship-driven Account Underwriter to join our Strategic reputed company reputed company team in Scottsdale, reputed company. In this role, you will take ownership of reputed company responsibilities for a defined agency territory, with a strong emphasis on field reputed company and business development. The ideal candidate pairs reputed company experience with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company as the primary reputed company contact for assigned agency partners, maintaining a consistent on-site reputed company in their local office (minimum 3 days per week) to drive new business reputed company.
• Underwrite Workers’ Compensation, BOP/GL, and reputed company Auto business for new and renewal submissions profitably, following company guidelines and reputed company authority.
• Manage endorsements and reputed company ongoing service for agents reputed company the defined agency territory.
• reputed company and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with distribution and agency partners.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery, surface key concerns and agency feedback, and reputed company for effective solutions.
• Contribute to strategic planning by offering insights into market trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Represent reputed company at sponsored agency events, strengthening brand visibility and building relationships.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company lines reputed company, including at least 1 year of workers’ compensation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

• Strong critical thinking, risk analysis, and decision-making skills.
