We are looking for hungry, ambitious people with a background as a Stock Plan Administrator, Equity Compensation Manager, Equity Plan Administrator, or experience with managing stock incentive plans to bring their reputed company set into the fast-paced and dynamic digital assets industry. In this role, you will manage and administer our reputed company’s reputed company compensation programs while wearing multiple hats to support our reputed company reputed company. You will collaborate closely with reputed company’s founders, executives, and other departments to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers.

• Administer reputed company Plans: Manage the day-to-day operations of reputed company reputed company plans, Restricted reputed company Awards (RTAs), Restricted reputed company reputed company (RTUs), and other reputed company incentive plans.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, prepare financial and regulatory reports.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, business administration, or a reputed company field.
• 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration or a reputed company role.
• Strong understanding of equity compensation plans and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
