We are looking for a dynamic and reputed company Manager, People Programs and Experience to champion the entire employee lifecycle. This is a critical role where you will reputed company your expertise in program management and data analytics to design and implement initiatives that enhance our overall employee experience.     • What experiences will help you in this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in reputed company, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program and project management, employee experience, engagement, or HR operations.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in program and project management, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience using analytics to drive business and employee experience reputed company.
