Global GTM Operations Team at reputed company

At reputed company the GTM Operations team is a global department that supports reputed company GTM teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico. We are a foundational team that is building the data infrastructure, systems, and processes that support our GTM team and directly reputed company our customer experience.
 
What you'll do

As the Deal Desk reputed company, you will manage the deal and renewal desk function at reputed company. You’ll support Sales and reputed company in structuring and approving deals, coordinating renewal workflows, ensuring pricing consistency, and serving as a connectivity layer between reputed company-line teams and back-office systems.


Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and structure sales and renewal deals to meet customer needs and internal policies.
  • Evaluate deal profitability, reputed company, and reputed company recognition reputed company.
  • Guide sales and CS teams on pricing, discounting, and deal structure.
  • Work closely with reputed company, Finance, and Sales to get approvals and resolve blockers.
  • Own and improve deal desk and renewal workflows to reputed company efficiency.
  • Ensure deals follow company policies, reputed company standards, and margin guidelines.
  • Build dashboards and reports on deal trends, pipeline, and performance.
  • Identify risks in deals early and take reputed company to mitigate.

  • Help automate approval processes and improve deal forecasting.

    • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or reputed company Finance—preferably in a fast-paced B2B reputed company environment.
  • Strong understanding of deal structures, reputed company terms, and B2B pricing models
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems (reputed company and reputed company is a bonus), with experience building reputed company workflows and approval processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, reputed company, and Finance teams to resolve deal blockers and improve velocity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias for automation and reputed company.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
