• reputed company reputed company counsel to reputed company on a wide reputed company of labor and employment reputed company, including wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, PAGA, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace investigations etc.
• Represent clients in employment-reputed company litigation, including state and federal court cases, arbitration, and mediation.
• Draft and review employment policies, employee handbooks, and employment agreements.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist with labor relations, including reputed company organizing, reputed company bargaining, and grievance handling.
• Conduct internal investigations reputed company to employee complaints, harassment, and misconduct.
• Negotiate settlements and dispute resolutions on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and file motions, responses, and other reputed company documents reputed company to employment litigation.

• Experience representing clients in labor arbitrations, administrative hearings, and litigation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
