Sr. Complaints Program Specialist (Perm - Remote or #Hybrid at our Chicago HQ near O'Hare Airport)

In this role, you will be responsible for the the second line reputed company of the consumer complaint program. Identify key trends, potential regulatory impacts and drive process improvement through cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for for audits, exams and general business activities.
• Stay updated on regulations to ensure compliance, and reputed company an understanding of business areas' products, services, operations, reputed company-party relationships and strategic goals.
• Review and investigate complaint trends with potential regulatory reputed company through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person in a reputed company manner.

Compensation & Benefits:Typical hiring reputed company:‏‏‎ ‎$87,100‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$123,000 Annually.
