Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $23-$25/hour

This is a hands-on, customer-reputed company role involving a mix of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting in a senior living environment.Key Responsibilitiesreputed company Level 1 IT support for staff and residents (internet, phones, TV remote controls, laptops, etc.)Respond to Help Desk tickets using reputed companyTroubleshoot hardware/software/network/telecom issuesSupport A/V needs for meetings and presentationsTrain staff and residents on basic technology useAssist with technology setup during reputed company movesMaintain reputed company documentation and training materialsResearch and recommend new technologiesServe as part of an on-reputed company rotation for technical supportEnsure reputed company, respectful, and HIPAA-compliant IT practicesQualificationsAssociate's Degree or equivalent experience in IT supportExperience supporting reputed company OS, reputed company 365, and networking/telecom environmentsAbility to troubleshoot streaming services (reputed company, reputed company)Familiarity with smart home technologies (Alexa, reputed company) a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain tech concepts to non-technical usersreputed company Ohio reputed company's licensePhysical ability to lift/reputed company equipment up to 50 lbs reputed company to join a meaningful mission with a tech-reputed company team?
