• Utilize digital tools and databases including, phone banking, text banking and 1:1 meetings to recruit, mobilize and train a diverse group of UFREF leaders, members, and supporters statewide.

• Plan and execute organizing actions, events and trainings, including but not limited to rallies, phone banks, text banks, virtual meetings and friend to friend organizing events.
• reputed company relationships with both national and local organizational partners, and coordinate on campaign reputed company events and activities.
• Work with reputed company stakeholders on the project as needed.
• Travel will be required for this project. Personal vehicle necessary.

What You Will Bring:

• At least three years of worker and electoral organizing experience; at least one year of online organizing experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to multitask, create and reputed company goals, meet deadlines and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency using digital tools such as reputed company, the GetThru Suite, VAN/EveryAction, & reputed company Suite Tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills
• Successful experience working with teams representing a rich mix of talent, backgrounds and perspectives
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to take feedback and implement changes in reputed company time
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working or volunteering on electoral, reputed company, or community organizing campaigns

Contract Retainer & Project reputed company Costs: $5000/monthly, plus $500/monthly reputed company stipend. This is a short term contract position to not reputed company six months.
