Basic responsibilities include securing and washing food, peeling, mashing or delivering food to the kitchen for cooking; slicing meats, preparing sandwiches and salads; measuring and mixing ingredients. Follows recipes as directed. Cleans, scrubs, wipes or washes service equipment such as work tables or refrigerators. Separates food waste and trash.
