- Manage and support distributor partners to ensure sales targets are met.
- Foster positive relationships with distributors and key accounts in the market.
- Conduct market visits and participate in ride-alongs with distributor representatives.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations in key accounts to enhance sales and brand awareness.
- Identify and build relationships with top accounts to strengthen distributor partnerships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to distributor partners as needed.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 2-5 years of sales and/or management experience in related industries.
- Proven track record of success.
- Cannabis and/or beverage alcohol experience is a plus.
- Highly sociable with an outgoing personality and strong sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience creating impactful presentations and working with spreadsheets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned state.
