Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator – Trial: $300/week → $1,750/month + Bonuses

Wise Investments is a fast-growing, U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in wholesaling and creative deal-making. We’re on a mission to close more deals with excellence—and we need a sharp, detail-driven Transaction Coordinator to keep the back-end of our operations smooth, organized, and efficient. This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for someone based in Latin America with fluent English and availability during U.S. Central Time (9am–5pm CST). What You’ll Do: • Manage real estate transactions from signed contract to close. • Serve as the point of contact for title companies, sellers, and buyers. • Collect, review, and organize all necessary documents. • Keep our CRM and deal trackers up-to-date and accurate. • Follow up regularly with all parties to keep timelines intact. • Provide consistent status updates to leadership and team members. Requirements: • Fluent spoken and written English • Based in Latin America or available during Central Time (U.S.) hours • Excellent attention to detail, timelines, and documentation • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Quiet, reliable home office setup with high-speed internet • Previous experience in real estate, title, or wholesaling is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
