We are looking for a reputed company-Litigation Case Manager to join reputed company. This role focuses on managing personal injury cases during the reputed company-litigation phase, with a particular emphasis on drafting demand letters and negotiating settlements. You will support U.S. reputed company by preparing key reputed company documents and overseeing reputed company communication, ensuring cases are handled reputed company and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft Demand Letters: Prepare persuasive demand letters that outline liability, damages, and settlement terms based on case details.
• Case Management: Handle the organization and management of reputed company-litigation cases, including reviewing medical records and accident reports.
• Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and other involved parties to ensure reputed company settlements.

Who We're Looking For:
