About the role As an Account Executive at Riverside, you will be an integral part of our growth engine, driving revenue by building relationships with prospective enterprise leads and turning them into happy Riverside clients. YouÂll manage inbound leads, take outbound meetings set by our BD team, and handle the full sales cycle through the onboarding of new users. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a fast-growing startup with huge potential to revolutionize the future of content creation. About you You are a hard-working, open-minded salesperson capable of engaging in executive-level as well as more technical conversations. You are a team player, a quick learner and ideally have experience selling into large, Fortune 500 enterprises. You understand the buyer journey, employ a consultative selling approach, and can lead shorter, single-stakeholder deals as well as complex, multi-team deals. What you'll be doing  Conduct discovery with prospective leads (inbound and outbound)  Tailor demos of RiversideÂs enterprise platform to different buyer personas  Own the full sales cycle from initial lead to close  Develop relationships with prospective clients and pursue expansion opportunities within organizations  Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process  Engage with BD, Marketing and Product to help amplify our growth trajectory  Report progress and metrics and present periodic proposals to management on ways to improve the sales process  Consistently achieve a quota to meet team revenue and growth objectives What you bring to the table  2+ years of sales closing experience at a technology company, with a track record of top performance  Quick learner, creative, detail-oriented, positive, enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to succeed  Self-starter with good time management skills, able to work individually as well as a part of a team  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Comfortable working remoting while staying motivated and collaborating with colleagues  Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment  Strong interest in technology  Prior experience in finance or management consulting is a plus Compensation and Benefits (US)  Competitive salary  Stock options  Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits  401(k) + matching  Generous PTO  Laptop and other equipment  Monthly stipends for coworking space and home cleaning services Apply Job!Â
