After the initial training period onsite, there will be an option for work-from-home flexibility (hybrid schedule). Summary: Digital Support Specialist provides service to members of the credit union by opening accounts (phone and online request), monitoring and responding to e-communications (chat, email, secure messaging), and daily management of Mobile Deposits. Duties and Responsibilities:  Reviews Mobile Deposits and monitors for Âred flags to mitigate fraud  Responds to members electronic messages  Owns the member experience by recommending credit union products and services to existing members  Takes incoming calls from members to assist them with account needs and transactions  Opens and maintains accounts  This job description is not an exhaustive list of all job duties; other duties may be assigned at any time Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of industry experience required  Spanish language preferred Competencies:  Must be friendly, energetic, personable, and service-oriented  Able to initiate conversations and build relationships  Works well in a team environment  Ability to recommend products and services that will be beneficial to our members  Superior oral and written communication skills  Creative in providing member solutions  Able to adapt to change and to new technologies  Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced position  Presents oneself in a professional manner  Capacity to work efficiently under minimal supervision Computer/Software Skills:  Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs with ability to learn new software programs Deseret First Credit Union is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, age, national origin, disability veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
