Employer Industry: Mortgage Industry Why Consider This Job Opportunity...  Salary up to $31.25/hr based on experience  Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a stable and expanding organization  Fully remote role with flexible scheduling in the Pacific Time Zone  Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k with employer matching  Paid sick leave and other paid time off in accordance with applicable law  Join a company recognized for its commitment to diversity and inclusion What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)  Conduct thorough research on federal, state, agency, and investor regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines  Ensure adherence to internal Document Compliance procedures and provide timely assistance to branches through the Zendesk ticketing system  Address and resolve compliance-related issues, escalating matters as necessary to senior analysts or management  Monitor compliance through post-close audits, reviewing results for non-compliance issues, and ensuring application disclosures meet TILA and ECOA deadlines  Engage in project work involving internal system updates and testing, collaborating with different departments to validate compliance What Is Required (Qualifications)  High school diploma or equivalent  Minimum of 1+ year experience within the mortgage industry and knowledge of the overall consumer mortgage lending process from loan inception through closing  Strong customer service skills and problem-solving experience  Computer aptitude and familiarity with relevant technologies How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)  Mortgage compliance background or experience in related roles such as loan officer assistant, loan processor, etc.  Bachelor's degree in finance, legal, or a related field  Experience with the Zendesk ticketing system  Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously #MortgageIndustry #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion #ComplianceAnalyst We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
