Lockheed Martin is looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to support the Mk7 Program Management Organization (PMO) in planning and execution of PMO work scope and program execution. In This Role, You Will:  Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering project within area of assigned responsibility  Organize activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering and design test problems  Collaborate with the FBM Reentry W93/Mk7 program for improvements and initiative by applying engineering or technical background to shape process innovations using engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications  Support Ad hoc tasking by Program Technical Leaders Desired Skills  Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines  Ability to foster positive working relationships and make sound risk based decisions  Experience in project management including but not limited to budget planning, cost analysis, schedule development, and risk and opportunity management  Understanding of engineering principles and processes especially with FBM Reentry products and processes  Understanding of design changes, specification and drawing releases processes  Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail, quality, and whole system thinking  Must be able to work independently and in a team environment  Demonstrated ability to take a project from conceptualization and organize, plan and manage it to successful completion  Active Security Clearance You can learn more about Lockheed MartinÂs competitive and comprehensive benefits package by visiting this link.
