Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent (Outbound/Inbound) Job Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM (Various shifts) Salary: $14.00 per hour Benefits: Available after 60 days for full-time employees Job Overview We are in search of committed and customer-focused service representatives to become an integral part of our remote workforce. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service solutions to our esteemed clients on a daily basis. Your role will involve consistently making outbound calls for diverse programs and projects, accurately documenting all customer interactions, and upholding the integrity of company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities  Perform typing and data entry tasks  Upsell products and services effectively  Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer context  Maintain a comprehensive understanding of campaign-related products, services, and promotions Required Skills  One year of experience in a call center environment, including familiarity with automatic dialers and call scripts (mandatory for remote applicants)  Clear, professional, and approachable verbal communication  Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills  Exceptional attendance and punctuality record  Sales experience is an advantage  High school diploma or GED  Fundamental computer skills and proficiency are essential  Preferred experience in an outbound call setting Qualifications  High school diploma or GED is required  At least one year of call center experience, with exposure to automatic dialers and call scripting as a necessity for remote candidates Company Culture And Values We cultivate a remote work environment that prioritizes dedication, service excellence, and collaborative teamwork.
