The Role An RMS Support Manager provides the critical role of supporting the hotels and regional/corporate users in the use of HyattÂs Revenue and Reservation systems. To be successful they must have a full end-to-end understanding of these systems and the periphery systems that influence them. This role will be required to support, train, and communicate effectively with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, and Operations colleagues at all levels of the organization. The RMS Managers will also need to collaborate with corporate leadership and developers as it pertains to RMS enhancements, policies, and procedures. Since this position focuses on supporting and training Hyatt Revenue systems, this person must have DORM experience from a Hyatt Hotel or experience with Hyatt PrO. This position will support LATAM hotels so bilingual in Spanish/English in both reading and writing is a must.  Revenue Management System Support: Key knowledge of Hyatt PrO, Reserve, RMT, and Hy-Res  Involvement in Opera and Envision support related to Revenue Systems Impacts  Facilitates Revenue/Reservations Management Systems Training Classes  Facilitates New RMS Enhancements and Roll Out Training and Support  RMS Testing of enhancements, bug fixes, new releases, etc Qualifications Experience Required:  This role is based in the Americas region and is a remote-based position  Bilingual in Spanish/English  written and spoken  Minimum of 2 years of Hyatt property experience in Revenue leadership or similar experience utilizing Hyatt PrO  Must be highly skilled with system/function knowledge of Reserve (CRS), PrO (RMS) and RMT (Rate Management Tool)  Must have training experience both virtually and in person  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook  Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and work independently with high efficiency and professionalism  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Proven ability to creatively problem-solve  Must be open-minded and able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and champion change  Ability to use independent judgment and when necessary, act as sole decision maker when interacting with hotels  Schedule flexibility is required up to and including occasional evening, overnight, early morning, and weekend hours  Willingness and ability to travel for training sessions and/or corporate meetings  Ability to relate to hotels and deliver authentic, experienced-based training with knowledge to go into live systems for demonstrations and examples in both a live and virtual environment  High School education is required Experience Preferred:  Opera (PMS) and SynXis experience a plus  Previous experience with Ideas G3 experience a plus The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
