About the position The Bilingual Spanish Beauty Advisor position at Sephora involves providing exceptional customer service through phone and chat support. This remote role requires a passion for beauty and a commitment to delivering high-quality client experiences. The advisor will assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues, while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. Paid training begins on November 15, 2024, and the role requires adherence to a structured schedule with potential overtime during peak periods. Responsibilities  Respond to client requests/inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries. ,  Demonstrate high standards for quality service. ,  Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. ,  Work with the quality and training team to manage performance expectations. ,  Maintain open communication with team leads and managers for support and development. ,  Document all client interactions accurately in the call center database. ,  Adhere to schedules and deadlines for both regular and special projects. ,  Exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as set by management. ,  Communicate proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels. Requirements  2-3 years' experience in a business/professional environment, preferably in the service industry. ,  Exceptional written and oral communication skills. ,  Ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume. ,  Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred. ,  Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools. ,  Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum. ,  Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings. Nice-to-haves  Experience in live chat support (1 year preferred). ,  Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry (1 year preferred). ,  Prior call center experience (1 year required).
