Position : Customer Care Representative - Remote (3 MOnths Contract) Location : Covington, GA... Duration : 3 Months Total Hours/week : 30.00 1st shift Client: Medical Device Company Job Category: Customer Service Level Of Experience: Entry Level Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens, GC Holders Only) Work Hours: Flexible, M-F 30hrs per week. Operating within normal business hours 9:00am-5:00pm (Remote, does not matter location of residence) Job Description Skills: Â Telephone etiquette, organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to demonstrate follow up, capable of using basic Microsoft excel or Word functions. Â Comfortable calling or emailing decision makers. Â Would like for the individual to be able to set up appointments with decision makers and our national account managers after giving brief overview of our Pure wick system. Â Primary job functions would be to use a targeting list and making phone calls or sending emails to potential key decision makers for our Pure wick product. Â Providing brief introduction of product with the goal of setting up a meeting with one of our National Account Managers.
