This is a remote job but you must live in Texas. Optu Consulting is a fast growing application development firm in Nashville, TN. We have experienced over 100% growth in each of the last five years. We develop custom web, mobile and desktop applications, and business analytics for our customers. We are seeking a full-time Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer to join our team to develop custom automations using Power Automate Desktop and/or other RPA platforms and work in conjunction with our software and database team. The successful applicant will participate in the full life-cycle duties. This includes the design, development, testing, documentation, installation, and support of the applications.  Essential Job Functions  Automation Development: Proficiency in designing and building automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop, including scripting and integrating with other systems.  Process Analysis: Ability to analyze and map out business processes to identify automation opportunities and design effective automation solutions.  Problem-Solving and Debugging: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in automated workflows, including handling exceptions and optimizing performance.  Scripting and Programming: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or C#) and the ability to write custom scripts to enhance automation capabilities.  Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication skills to work with business stakeholders, gather requirements, document processes, and ensure that automation solutions meet business needs.  Education and Experience  3+ years experience developing custom Robotic Process Automation (RPA)  Power Automate Desktop (or similar)  Experience with the Microsoft O365 platform and Azure  Experience in integrating Power Apps with third-party applications using REST API, SOAP, etc.  Experience with complex workflows with multi UI windows  Experience with database integration for record retrieval and updates  Experience with custom scripting inside of RPA flows Additional qualifications not required, but are a plus: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Microsoft SQL: TSQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, JSON, XML Windows Services and Console Apps .NET Framework and .NET Core C# programming Mission critical healthcare applications SharePoint Microsoft Certifications Salesforce Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits:  401(k)  401(k) matching  Dental insurance  Health insurance  Life insurance  Paid time off  Vision insurance Schedule:  Monday to Friday Application Question(s):  Please briefly describe your work experience with Power Automate Desktop.
