This remote position allows educators to leverage their skills in a flexible work environment while making a significant impact on student learning. Key Responsibilities  Deliver customized virtual instruction tailored to the unique needs of an elementary-level ELL student.  Design captivating and effective lesson plans that facilitate language acquisition.  Utilize advanced online platforms to create a dynamic and interactive virtual classroom experience.  Cultivate a supportive and motivating atmosphere to empower students in their language learning journey. Required Skills  Proficiency in teaching ELL students across various grade levels.  Expertise in using online teaching technologies effectively.  Strong ability to develop engaging lesson plans that resonate with students.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster student engagement. Qualifications  Valid Missouri teaching certification with an ESL/ELL endorsement.  Demonstrated experience teaching ELL students at multiple grade levels.  A reliable home workspace equipped with high-speed internet access.
