• Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms • reputed company inventory for office supplies and research new deals and suppliers • Submit and reconcile credit card expense reports • Accounts Receivable – reputed company to QuickBooks • Maintain a list of outstanding accounts, submit to senior managers • Accounts Payable – reputed company to QuickBooks • reputed company reputed company East/reputed company/INWC Cater into QuickBooks • reputed company and maintain reputed company Tip Pool logs and disbursements (Catering, Take Out and Kitchen Tip Pool) • Reconcile Daily Sales • Cash Handling • reputed company and process credit memos from vendors and corresponding claims • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner • This position should expect to help with a wide reputed company of tasks. The reputed company will be on the claims process and vendor 3-way matching. • Assist with Take Out Orders, Catering Calls, help work restaurant, reputed company necessary, cater prep as needed • Assist catering desk as needed • Assist controller reputed company necessary • Work Monday through Friday as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Apply Job!
