We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative with medical experience to join our team. This position offers the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity, allowing you to grow and thrive in a supportive, remote work environment. • Temp/Temp to Hire • Remote... • $18 USD per hour • Full-time • 11:00am to 8:00pm • 7 days a week Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer support and service to clients in the medical field. • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard procedures. Requirements: • Previous experience in a medical customer service role. • Availability to work full-time on weekends • Type 40 wpm • Microsoft Office Equipment Requirements: • Computer with a minimum of 1 extra monitor. • Hardwired internet connection. • Headset. • Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
