Job Description Must have an active P&C license and experience doing customer service... This is a fully remote and part time customer service roll. Primarily, you will be handling customer request to make changes to their accounts. Based on experience, you can expect $16-21/hr. Part time employees are also elible for PTO and 401k/Retirement Savings benefits. You must have a dedicated space and be will to work during EST standard business hours (eg 9-5, M-F) This is a remote position Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a positive customer experience. Policy Assistance: Provide support to customers in understanding their policies, addressing questions, and resolving any issues. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy renewals, and service requests. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally. Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Requirements  Must have an active P&C insurance license  Prior experience at a major insurance carrier is preferred  Prior experience working in a fully remote environment is preferred Apply Job!Â
