We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Rep with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. Your role may also be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.? Responsibilities  Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base  Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles  Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity  Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions  Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition  Effectively communicate client needs to the product teams for future product enhancements  Collect and document competitive intelligence  Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities  Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails  Present our company to potential clients  Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services  Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction  Build long-term trusting relationships with clients  Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market  Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients  Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas  Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal  Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships  Present products to prospective clients  Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty  Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs  Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the companyÂs reputation  Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data Requirements  4+ year of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role  Proven track record selling enterprise solutions  Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives  Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Excellent presentation and creativity skills  Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)  Track record of achieving sales quotas  Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)  Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)  Understanding of sales performance metrics  Excellent communication and negotiation skills  Ability to deliver engaging presentations  Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles  Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships  Organizational and time-management skills  A business acumen  Enthusiastic and passionate  BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field The position opens in 18-24 months.
