Job Description As a Care Navigator, you will be an invaluable early member of our team, ready and eager to make an impact on our company and those we serve. You will support user success by identifying the needs and challenges users have and implementing interventions to guide new thinking and habit change. WeÂre looking for an entrepreneurial individual to best serve our clients, utilizing methodologies to support your users through their recovery while developing trusting relationships. The ideal candidate is process-focused and eager to make an impact on lives to support musculoskeletal health. You must be equal parts self-starter and team player. We are seeking a passionate candidate with expertise in engaging and supporting users to achieve their health goals, who is interested in taking on an impactful role at a young and quickly growing startup in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities  You will provide remote monitoring services to help support users as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program  Direct and aid users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through a tech platform  Provide periodic feedback to the evaluating clinician on user progress  Maintains necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring  Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform Requirements  As a PTA, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do.  2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health  Graduated from an accredited physical therapy assistant program  Active PTA license in NEW JERSEY  Tech Savvy, including having reliable and fast internet and your own newer model laptop and smart phone  Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus  Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions  Strong relationship-building and listening skills  Demonstrated user focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience  Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users  Ability to work independently with limited supervision  The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment  The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace  Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach  Eager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problem  Passion for health and wellness $25 - $27 an hour We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
