You will speak directly with potential and current members regarding questions about their billing/payment, services offered, and any other issues they may have. SHIFTS: Full-Time Shift - Option #1  Shift - Thursday - Monday - 12:30 am - 9:00 am Full-Time Shift - Option #2  Shift - Tuesday/Wednesday - 12:30 am - 9:00 am  Shift - Friday - Sunday - 4:30 pm - 1:00 am Part-Time Shift  Sat/Sun - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Requirements:  1-2+ years of customer service experience  Excellent communication skills  Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality  Intermediate to advanced computer skills  Background check required Required Equipment  A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10  Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable  USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone  Webcam (external or embedded) Benefits:  Full time. 40 hours per week schedule with overtime opportunities!  Great pay.
