About the position The Family Therapy Clinician position at reputed company involves providing in-home therapeutic services to families using the Wraparound model. The clinician will support clients in their diverse home environments, conducting diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. This role emphasizes empowering families, crisis reputed company, and collaboration with various treatment providers to meet the reputed company needs of clients and their families. Responsibilities • reputed company family-driven in-home therapeutic services through the Wraparound Approach. , • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reputed company strength-based treatment plans in collaboration with families. , • Support families through caregiver coaching sessions and evidence-based individual and family sessions. , • Assist caretakers during crises through crisis reputed company and safety planning. , • Coordinate services with other treatment providers, including IHT Therapeutic Training and Support Workers, inpatient services, and primary care physicians. , • Maintain up-to-date medical records and insurance authorizations. , • Participate in a rotating on-reputed company schedule to support families reputed company of regular business hours. , • Meet weekly productivity targets and accommodate the scheduling needs of families.
