About the position The Family Therapy Clinician position at Eliot Community Human Services involves providing in-home therapeutic services to families using the Wraparound model. The clinician will support clients in their diverse home environments, conducting diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. This role emphasizes empowering families, crisis intervention, and collaboration with various treatment providers to meet the complex needs of clients and their families. Responsibilities  Provide family-driven in-home therapeutic services through the Wraparound Approach. ,  Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop strength-based treatment plans in collaboration with families. ,  Support families through caregiver coaching sessions and evidence-based individual and family sessions. ,  Assist caretakers during crises through crisis intervention and safety planning. ,  Coordinate services with other treatment providers, including IHT Therapeutic Training and Support Workers, inpatient services, and primary care physicians. ,  Maintain up-to-date medical records and insurance authorizations. ,  Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support families outside of regular business hours. ,  Meet weekly productivity targets and accommodate the scheduling needs of families. Requirements  Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field. ,  Master's degree in Social Work or related field. ,  1 year of experience working with families and children. ,  Valid MA Driver's License. Nice-to-haves  Licensure as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC. ,  Experience with clinical skills and communication skills. ,  Bilingual in English/Spanish.
