Accepting Applicants from:  Florida  Georgia  Pennsylvania  Texas  Tennessee Job Type: Full-time Hours per Week: 40 hours  Schedule: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm EST Pay and Benefits  Hourly Rate: $13/hr  Supplemental Pay: Opportunities for attendance ($2/hr) and performance bonuses (up to $12+/hr)  Benefits: Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life/AD&D, and Aflac insurance Job Description As a High Call Volume Data Verification Specialist at CallCore Media, you will play a crucial role in conducting accurate qualification assessments and managing large volumes of calls. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our data and requires precise handling and verification of information. Key Responsibilities:  Handle 300-400 inbound and outbound calls daily with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in data verification.  Conduct thorough qualification assessments and gather accurate information from callers.  Update and maintain records in our CRM system with high attention to detail.  Resolve inquiries and concerns promptly while providing accurate information.  Maintain company confidentiality and data security standards, following all policies and procedures.  Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics, adapting to varying campaigns and procedures as required. Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent required.  Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center or similar environment, specifically in roles requiring data accuracy and high-volume handling.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Proficient in multitasking and adapting to different campaigns.  Technological proficiency is necessary Must have a quiet workspace and necessary equipment including:  USB Headset  Windows 10 or higher  Intel i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher  8GB RAM or higher  250 GB Hard-Drive space or higher  Hard-wired ethernet connection (minimum speed: 30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload or higher)  Webcam (required for meetings) Inclusivity CallCore Media is an inclusive employer, and we encourage individuals with a criminal record to apply.
