Temp-to-Hire Customer Care Reps Golden Valley Hours: Rotating Schedule Mon - Fri 9:30 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 8am-5:00pm (day off during week when working Saturday) Pay: $18 State of the Art Call Center includes: • Meditation Room • Yoga room • Workout room • Plus more Responsibilities: This entry level position receives inbound calls from customers that wish to schedule an appointment at one of their automotive dealerships, following an established process, some of which includes: listening to primary concerns, reviewing prior work performed history, recommending services and scheduling appointments. Adherence to that set process is required and established scripts followed.
