Medical Call Center Representative (FULLY REMOTE) This position will involve answering inbound calls for large hospital networks during our evening and weekend shifts in a remote call center setting. Our company provides telephone answering, messaging, and alert services to physicians and medical facilities across the United States... You must live within the continental United States (+ Hawaii) to apply. We currently have both full-time and part-time opportunities availabile. ALL SHIFTS ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST) Shift Availability Requirements Full-Time (appr. 30+ hours per week) Part-Time (appr. 29 or fewer hours per week)  Weekdays 7a-3p, 8a-4p, 9a-5p; typical 8 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week  Weekdays 3-11p; minimum 5 hour shifts, 4 shifts per week  Weekends 7a-12a (midnight); one 8-hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday Candidates must have a pleasant speaking voice, professional mannerisms, good computer skills, reliable internet, a quiet dedicated space to work from and work well in a fast-paced environment. Medical terminology and experience, either hands-on or clerical, required to apply. Familiarity with EMR systems and practices preferred. Minimum typing of 30 wpm is required and will be tested. Candidates must also have the following equipment: Dual monitors/Capability to run a second monitor (laptop monitor not acceptable) Keyboard, Mouse, USB Headset, & Webcam (webcam for internal communication only) Internet - Ethernet connection (hardwire internet) preferred  Ping < 15  Download > 50 mbps  Upload > 10 mbps Statlinx is able to provide the computer tower and USB headset only. Responsibilities  Manage call volume of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner  Follow communication prompts  Identify callers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives  Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile  Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way  Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Skills  Previous experience in a customer support role  Track record of over-achieving quota  Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening  Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types  Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Entry Level: $16/hr (with advancement opportunities) AND a monthly bonus program where you are eligible for up to 15%!
