The Senior Compensation Analyst works closely with the Human Resources and Department leaders to administer compensation strategies. The Compensation Professional is a subject matter expert in identifying process and system improvements to ensure accurate payroll checks and market pricing research are within the parameters of the MomÂs Meals compensation and payroll philosophy. They contribute... organizational data to, and analyze results of, compensation surveys. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to  Conduct market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs  Oversee the job requisition process and the execution of new job codes, job descriptions, and job titling; ensure consistency with job leveling and FLSA compliance  Lead annual salary administration process, including salary structure maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets  Manage compensation setup or changes within HRIS system and proactively communicate with all impacted parties  Administer compensation programs including managing annual merit increases, annual bonus plan payments, and other compensation plans  Maintain records related to compensation plan participation or pay changes  Provide training and guidance to HRBPÂs and Operation leaders as it relates to compensation  Audit data and ensure changes are processed to ensure compliance with regulations  Identify improvements to existing processes and procedures to drive excellence and efficiencies  Develop a roadmap to increase pay transparency and equity, based on leadership and legal directives Required Skills and Experience  BachelorÂs degree in related business field  5 years experience in a compensation role  Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of V lookups and pivot tables  Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to the administration of compensation programs  Experience with HRIS systems  Experience creating and delivering compensation training  Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization Preferred Skills and Experience  Experience in a multi-state 500+ employee organization  Experience using data and analytics to drive results and/or process improvement  Experience with UKG and compensation benchmarking tools Physical Requirements  Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers  Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods  Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Company Overview MomÂs Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide for over 25 years.
