Interapt, a world-class technology services company, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team to support a premier partner. The Customer Success Representative will interface with customers via outbound calls, or through e-mail depending on the customer requirements. This position facilitates the return of our leased assets and supports inventory management. Responsibilities  Deliver the highest level of Customer Service on a daily basis  Communicate via phone & e-mail with clients to educate... them on the program and establish ongoing contact.  Data integrity within company CRM (Salesforce)  Ability to interface with multiple business units  Track, trace, document and arrange retrieval of AeroSafe boxes  Educate customers on features & benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction  Collaborate with team members and coordinate solutions for customers.  Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating systems of actions taken  Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers  Must be open to work a Monday - Friday 9a-2p EST schedule  Proven experience in customer service or a related role  Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities  Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively  Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools  Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks  Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)  Work From Home  Wellness Resources  Training & Development  We expect this team to start mid April, and as a result this will be an expedited recruitment process.  *At Interapt, we value diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and welcome applicants from all experiences and skill sets.
