Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to support our operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in administrative tasks and have a strong understanding of e-commerce processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our Amazon FBA business, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our overall success. Duties ⢠Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records within excel or google sheets ⢠Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock and placing orders as necessary. ⢠Provide clerical support, including organising documents and maintaining files. ⢠Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. ⢠Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement. ⢠Sourcing products using selleramp and keepa (MAIN PRIORITY) ⢠Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. ⢠Prepare reports on sales performance and inventory status for management review. Experience ⢠Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. ⢠Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes is advantageous but not essential. ⢠Proficiency in using computer software, including SellerAmp and Keepa. ⢠Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. ⢠Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks. ⢠A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
