About the position The Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist at One Mind & Body serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health support services. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving, while also providing personalized support to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities  Respond to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally ,  Build and maintain positive client relationships with personalized support ,  Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless experience ,  Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies ,  Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience ,  Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met ,  Maintain proper documentation of interactions Requirements  1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat ,  Excellent verbal and written communication skills ,  Strong problem-solving abilities ,  Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting ,  Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment ,  Positive attitude and passion for helping others Nice-to-haves Benefits  Dental insurance ,  Health insurance ,  Vision insurance ,  Paid time off Apply Job!Â
