Call Center Representative Full-Time (High Volume) This position will be working Monday-Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm CT OR 10:00am to 7:00pm CT... Summary  A Customer Service Representative, or Customer Help Representative, is responsible for engaging with customers or behalf of their company. Their duties include answering phone calls, or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintain expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers Responsibilities   Providing introductory information to new customers  Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services  Following up with clients or customers to check that theyÂre still satisfied with any purchase  Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services  Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clientÂs or customerÂs questions  Escalating queries and concerns  Troubleshooting common issues with product or service  Working with a team of CSRÂs and other departments to find appropriate solutions  In this role you will be processing both New Sales and Returns Qualifications   Minimum of 2 years high volume call center experience  Interpersonal and customer service skills  Analytical and problem-solving skills  Multitasking and organizational skills  Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily  Ability to share work among a customer service team  Attentiveness and patience  Time-management skills  Ability to find a positive in any situation Physical Demands -  This job description is not all encompassing, however, is intended to be a general description of the responsibilities of this position.
